Terrific program

Terrific program, very intuitive, very reasonably priced.

Great sales staff and customer service.

Great sales staff who also assisted with customer service as I began using the service. Overall, most every task was easy to use and intuitive as well. I like it since it is web site based and I can easily use their service remotely so I am less likely to fail to bill for my work. I have used web chat a few times and were usually available right away to assist me.

Well worth the switch!

The thing I like the best about TimeSolv is the ease of entering billable fees and expenses, and the customer service and support I have received thus far has been excellent. Great time tracking software

What do you like best? Easy to track time and projects for different clients. I like that you can see the total number of hours for the month. What do you dislike? Could be a little simpler to set up new users and clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Captures time for different clients and different projects. Makes billing quicker.

Best Customer Service Ever

Shay gave us the best customer service I have ever experienced, both personally and professionally. She went so far above and beyond the norm that we simply cannot say enough good things about her. She will be our "go-to" person for the rest of our careers!

TimeSolv is by far the best Time & Billing software that I have used in the last 23 years. Extremely cost effective for smaller firms and does everything that the expensive stuff does AND MORE!For me, the best part of the TimeSolv experience is the American Tech Support. What do you like best? The customer support is phenomenal! I have used two other legal billing software programs, with little to no support available for assisting with questions/issues.
