This is a very bad product and customer service does not seem to exist
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can't think of any. There are a lot of deficits. The program doesn't work well and there are a lot of errors. The customer support is minimal. Most of the representatives don't seem to know how the program works. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The program is very buggy. TimeSolv Works
When I started using the software about 7 months ago, I found it very easy to navigate and get acclimated. The main thing I'd like to see improved is the Refunds page - I'd like it to be faster/easier to find the record I need (a search function would do the trick).

Excellent Time Keeping System
What do you like best? The program is reasonably intuitive and the customer support is superb and readily available without a high cost annual maintenance charge. I like the ability to edit time entries prior to sending out the invoice. I also like the ability to save steps when entering multiple entries for one matter. It is easy to prepare draft invoices allowing me the ability to monitor middle of the billing cycle progress. It is easy to bill hourly or to use a fixed billing ...

Gigi Vita was such a great help to us…

TimeSolv has help be save time in documenting billing time for various projects that I may be working on throughout the day. The software for creating the invoices is intuitive and makes billing much easier.

Easy to use.
