Great customization for organizing customer data for an outstanding value!
What do you like best? We love the ability to customize fields that is very important to us. The import and export feature is also important so we can make bulk edits. So far Insightly has been developed in a way that makes things easy to setup and start using right away, but also gives you a good deal of customization which is essential to the intricacies of our business. Easy to use and manage in your own way!
What do you like best? I like insightly because the interface was easy for me to understand and use on a daily basis. I also love the iPhone app. I can access my clients information while on the go! Insightly helps us manage our business more efficiently

Insightly meets almost all our needs for a CRM
What do you like best? Insightly allows for multiple users and customized fields. By far 2 of our favorite options. We can have different owners assigned to clients and track both by client and by owner. We can also tag what we can't field. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Integration with QuickBooks Online. The ease of sending email templates. What do you dislike? The inability to send emails from my templates from the mobile app; When I add a task or event under the contact I would like to have the ability to add the person's name next to the task Title for easy identification. Love!!!
What do you like best? What I like the best about Insightly is that I can see if and when an email was opened and any links/attachments. I love being able to create email templates so I don't have to type a full email. Insightly's app helps me to respond to leads in a timely manner by sending me notifications while on the go. Fair program that has requires lots of duplication of information
What do you like best? The filter allowed me to look at different groups easily. I can find notes, contact info, and history quickly. What do you dislike? I can not link email addresses to my Outlook or use copy and paste, so I literally have to manually write down the email address and type it in. Once I fill in info on a company and its contact person, I need to retype that info into the Contact List. There are lots of great options but each one requires its own set-up. No real cross ...

Insightly is pretty, easy to use
What do you like best? I like the way it manages clients, it makes it easy to navigate. I can track things easily with the software. I can put notes, tasks, etc...that is very helpful. I think there is a small learning curve to the software, but overall it is easy to use. I found it a much better system then similar crm softwares. What do you dislike?
