It's a great way to get info!
What do you like best? I love how user friendly the interface is. There's no question about where to go or what to do when you're using the program, and for a lot of programs, that's a struggle just by itself! No, not here. Insightly really takes the guesswork out of where you go once you get into the nitty gritty of it all. What do you dislike? Absolutely excellent CRM however gets some basics wrong
What do you like best? THe UX is very simple which promotes adoption, and core features are best in class for the price tag. The tag system and easy Zapier integration mean that advanced functionality can be achieved at a very reasonable price. Integration with Mailchimp is also a huge win. What do you dislike? Complete yet no-frills system. Simple enough for new users, good mobile app.
What do you like best? What I like best of Insightly is that it has many functions and you can easily "link" different items without any weird constraints other systems have. The web browser based interface is good, looks nice and is pretty responsive (fast. Friendly and Approachable CRM
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to add new contacts and organize information. You can add custom fields easily. This is a pretty easy system to learn and train someone on, which is really nice. What do you dislike? It can be a little tricky to import databases and records in if your records are somewhat incomplete. Great CRM for small companies
What do you like best? Love that it's easy to use and free for up to 2 users! The new GMail integration makes this a real winner. Before then the sorting of e-mails was way too manual and a pain. Love the fact that there's also an iPhone app and the web version is great too! What do you dislike? Wish it did a bit better job with things like graphic generation for sales meetings. What do you like best? BBC emails to keep track of them as Opportunities. Trying to follow up with prospects in my email isn't always effective even when I have tried to keep folders for them. With so many incoming emails, I would rather have the prospects logged in a different set up so that I can run through them all at once without having to do the email scavenger hunt. Endless supports from the developer, I had an easy time talking to the customer rep and this is something new other CRM software offers to "free user" This is amazing customer service. Easiest way to connect with clients!
What do you like best? I love how I can easily write emails, check notes, check info, and see if my emails have been read on Insightly. It's all right there and I can easily create templates that insert the customers name when just sending out the template. It's absolutely fantastic! Also, knowing the percentage rate of my emails being opened if a good feature. And it tells me where they are being opened from. What do you dislike? That there is no way to delete multiple tasks at a time. ...
