Insightly is simple and easy to use

Fantastic for Small Businesses

What do you like best? There are so many super helpful features. One of the best is the integration with gmail. I can create, catalog, update info right from gmail. What do you like best? Task Management on opportunities and projects. It's so easy to use and fully keep track of how a project is progressing. I also like the features in the opportunity and project management space. The ease of converting an opportunity to a project is nice as well. Simple to use and have many great tools

What do you like best? The simplicity of the program. It has a very short learning curve and has all the tools you will need to keep notes on your clients. What do you dislike? Not sure. I know other expensive programs have automated email campaigns that you can run within the program to help you keep reaching out to prospects, not sure if unsightly does or not from what I have used. A great CRM tool that stands up to the big dogs

What do you like best? Loved the full featured CRM platform in general and loved that fact that it was free for first two users. This allowed my small company to utilize a great CRM platform while we were small with no cost and as we grow we will become a paid user. What do you like best? The best feature of Insightly has to be the tagging feature - intuitive & simple to implement. Many of our contacts provide little information, so being able to describe them & categorise them via tags allows us to pull up relevant contacts with a few clicks. What do you dislike?
