What do you like best? I have really appreciated the automated workflows that Insightly has afforded us going from opportunity to project and creating tasks based on where things are in the process. It has also really helped us keep track of certain subsets of clients that require certain actions with Tags. What do you like best? As a non-profit, I appreciate the range of features available in Insightly's free version. It also has reasonable price points for its paid version that we will likely utilize as we grow. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to get started and use. Contacts have relationship links to other contacts which is extremely useful for sales expansion. Process oriented so that you can create workflows within your team. LinkedIn integration is seamless and very helpful. Gmail integration is super helpful. What do you like best? Insightly has a free use version up to a certain amount of entries and it really helps start-ups/small businesses who need something simple. What do you dislike?
