What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly. I always find it easy to get through my day with a checkoff list. This product has helped me. I will always recommend it to others. What do you like best? I have a clear birds-eye view of my leads and customers, along with notes regarding when each person was last contacted. I know there are many more features that I can grow into, as well, as our business grows. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to manage Opportunities and Projects in just one place. Every time a sales person converts ao opportunity into a closed deal, a project is created and redirected to my customer success team, which gets in contact with the client and goes through the first steps to implement our product. Terrible support, very basic CRM

What do you like best? It was a great way to get our feet wet with a CRM. We are a small business <10 people and 2 in our sales force, and weren't using any form of CRM. After vetting a few with trials, I recommended Insightly to our CEO. We gave it a try, and once we realized what we wanted to do with it, we needed to move on to something more robust.
