One one stop for all customer related information.
What do you like best? I like that Insightly keeps me organized with all my contacts, projects and current quotes. Whether I am in building the business in the office or on the road visiting customers, I can find the contact info I need and double check on the status of various projects all in one spot. Insightly is a master organizer
What do you like best? Best thing that ever happened was when your talented developers enabled features in Insightly that instantly link-connect-merge Outlook email to Insightly's corresponding legal project. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the ability to keep track of opportunities so I can turn them into projects when they become approved or even when the sale is made. Great, just seems a little bit cumbersome at times
What do you like best? I find it easy keeping track of all the 'actions' and tasks e.g. emails, calls, proposals, linking those to tasks and creating opportunities. It is useful to have this linked to individual contacts with the prospect/client. It's very intuitive and easy to use, even when you don't have much time to spend on business development. General usage with two companies.
What do you like best? It's simplicity. Most platforms have taken the functionality too far. Salesmen generally know they're pipeline, they just need a way to organize follow up and know what was last mentioned. What do you dislike? I haven't checked it in a bit, but the mobile could definitely be improved. No More Accidently Forgetting to Get Back to Clients
What do you like best? Follow up emails, different checklists, and the iPhone app makes it easy to stay on top of your tasks. Prior to this software, it was easier to accidentally forget to contact a customer or let a lead slip away. The software helps you keep on top of the project/lead. I also like that I can stay up to date with how far I have to go to reach a goal. What do you dislike? The email function can get a little confusing. What do you like best? My favorite features of the system are the ease with which you can connect all of your contacts to their related companies and projects What do you dislike? Insightly saves us from forgetting steps in our process.
What do you like best? I like that we can set up all the steps we need to get something done. I like that I never forget to do a task because it is right there for me. What do you dislike? Wish there was a way to set up cascading steps so that one step was triggered when a previous one was set up. Great for Real Estate Agents
What do you like best? I love that all my clients are organized and scheduled without having to worry about missing important dates or appointments.
