What do you like best? I like the fact that it keeps all the contacts as well as their details in one place. I also like how it integrates with other systems that I use. What do you like best? I like that everyone in the office can communicate in an open forum style and we can add messages to tickets as we go along. We use all that insightly has to offer. What do you like best? The mobile app and the company's commitment to development are my favorite things about Insightly. As far as CRMs go, the functionality is pretty basic. Using Insightly as a mission critical application

What do you like best? Having the application web based makes it very flexible. What do you dislike? There is NO proactive support for the product. We have huge problems with the email system which, when contact support, they say "oh yes there is a problem with that" yet they have never said a word about it even though they knew it was an issue.
