What do you like best? I like the task page the best. I can assign tasks to a sales rep and then I can see when it's complete. I also like that the tasks are public to everyone What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love Insightly!!! Super easy to use, even for a beginner! My assistant found it to be very user friendly. She had never used a CRM before. The learning curve for her was very short. Their new design on their site is FANTASTIC! They also have Slack integration!! What do you dislike?
