It does it's job
What do you like best? I like the task page the best. I can assign tasks to a sales rep and then I can see when it's complete. I also like that the tasks are public to everyone What do you dislike? Clean And Smart CRM
What do you like best? I love Insightly!!! Super easy to use, even for a beginner! My assistant found it to be very user friendly. She had never used a CRM before. The learning curve for her was very short. Their new design on their site is FANTASTIC! They also have Slack integration!! What do you dislike? Great for a Small Business!
What do you like best? We use insightly every day it helps us to be more organized and to keep track of our progress. Insightly is a great tool to communicate and share files with project managers and office managers. Its a great way to view progress on current projects. Powerful CRM tool for small sized business with great features
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Our sales, project managers and accounting team are all in one place and on the same page with our clients. We don’t need to lose time in sharing mails anymore. Insightly helps us to make easy transition of opportunities to projects. We can even link emails and add contract for each project. Perfect for any small business ... or medium?
What do you like best? I really like the features that Insightly offers to those who use it for the free version. You can enter a lot of data and be functional as a small business. We used it for two years on the free version and finally had to upgrade. We upgraded because we knew what we were getting and I couldn't find anything better for the price. Insightly is great CRM solution for small business

What do you like best? I enjoy the ease with which we can use insightly. It's pretty good and allows us as customers to control the process of using the software What do you dislike? I don't particularly enjoy the high markup on the cost. The product need not be so expensive and we can easily reduce the cost by find other solutions.
