Acceptable CRM
What do you like best? - Simple CRM that can be extended with custom fields. - You can integrate GMail with Insightly so your emails are saved to the platform. - A LOT easier to configure than Salesforce. What do you dislike? - It's just plain ugly. What do you like best? The price is right, at just $20 per month per user, and it's generally very easy to use. What do you like best? What I like best about the Insightly CRM is honestly the pricing. It allows you to open up an account for free with limited storage of course but still is very affordable if you upgrade to the Plus Plan. You can also upgrade to Professional and Enterprise. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Insightly provides us with automated workflows so we can easily project and create tasks based on our company progress. This software helps us to keep track of specific subsets of clients that require certain actions with Tags. A giant step down from any other CRM. Lacking basic functionality. Not intuitive whatsoever.
What do you like best? The sidebar navigation makes a lot of sense, and that is about it. What do you dislike? The dashboard capability is awful! Onboarding was terrible. Seems like it a product that would be a step up from an excel sheet but a giant step down from any other CRM. Charts often contain different number forms so understanding them at a glance is very challenging.
