Very responsive troubleshooting team

Very responsive troubleshooting team. No stock answers which is important. I recommend that they collect the anomalies and turn those into searchable FAQs because a number of things have happened to me on Therapy Notes which haven't happened for my fellow clinicians!

New to TherapyNotes

I am new to TherapyNotes and had questions on how to enter Insurance reimbursements. I called and spoke to Danielle H. She walked me through the program step by step and was extremely patient with me. It was easier than I thought. I use several other programs and so far, the ease of use and now Especially the customer service makes this my top program!I will not hesitate to contact support when needed in the future! What a great first impression of the company!!!!

Oct 6, I called about an issue regarding posting a payment. I received tech support from Shiann, a customer success representative with Therapy Notes. Often when I have to call for tech support I'm extremely anxious and insecure regarding my lack of tech knowledge. It can be difficult at times to walk me through a process. I was introduced to TherapyNotes in private group practice, and decided to stay with what was familiar when I went in into my solo practice. It has been a great choice to me over the last two and a half years. The ease of use, and ease of customizing has been very helpful to me. Great Support Staff

I was having a technical issue, I sent an email to customer services and within 15 minutes had received a response that was detailed and very helpful. I am very impressed with their support staff, especially Rochelle H.

Excellent customer service

Called in to get some help from customer service. Steven T. was very helpful and although he couldn't solve my problem, he tried his best and offered a great solution which worked perfectly! Their customer service team is always amazing and friendly. Highly recommend therapy notes!!

I really enjoy this note system

I really enjoy this note system. It is very easy to navigate. You will not have to worry about things such as billing, and your notes because the system has made it very easy, confident and reliable.

Albert was fabulous

Albert was fabulous. I have been struggling to get my documents imported to Excel for days and could not figure out how to transfer my TXT files to Excel in a manner that would allow you to import them to therapy notes. Albert got on with me and within a few minutes was able to configure the data in Excel so that it could be imported. I really appreciate the help from Albert at Therapy Notes.

Albert spent an extraordinary amount of time taking me through the TherapyNotes sytem and helping me learn how to use the system, practicing with a fictitious client. The tech support available from TherapyNotes is Outstanding and invaluable for someone like me who is definitely not super skilled in the use of technology.
