TherapyNotes has been integral to the success of my psychiatric business.It's the only service I've found where everyone in the office can understand and use their simple scheduling system, yet it has the in-depth and complex tools I need to manage all aspects of the business. 10/10 and I plan to keep using TherapyNotes for my business for the foreseeable future.

Customer support is just excellent
Customer support is just excellent. We have been using Therapy notes for some time now and we are always able to reach customer support quickly and easily. They are attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

Excellent Tech Support
I am an admin for a psychology practice that uses Therapy Notes. While Therapy Notes is intuitive and easy to use, I occasionally have the need to contact tech support with questions. I have done so by both phone and email, and either way, the assistance is always fast, polite and professional. I especially appreciate that they always put step-by-step instructions in an email as a followup to the phone conversations. So helpful!

Great user-friendly EHR
I have used Therapy Notes for years now at three different agencies, including my private practice. The product is very user-friendly and the support staff are outstanding.
