I started a new practice about two months ago. I've called TherapyNotes several times with questions, and been pleasantly surprised each time to find I get ahold of a real person right away or with just a few minutes wait, and that person is patient and well informed. The last time I called the customer service representative stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes and helped me amend several insurance claims I had filed incorrectly. It's the best money I spend in my practice.

The Therapy Notes support for providers is excellent. The hours of support - even on weekends - is very unusual and is of great benefit to those providers who need to work on scheduling and billing on weekends.

By working together we were able to come up with a solution.

Best decision we ever made: Switching to Therapy Notes from another program.

We switched to Therapy Notes in January, 2020 after 7-8 years with another billing and scheduling program. It was the best move we could have made! Our cost is literally half of the previous program. But, even more importantly, TN is so user friendly that my entire staff of providers (ages from 30 to 70) was able to start using it with one single training session. Trusted EMR, always improving.

I have been using TherapyNotes for years. Whenever there is a question, I have answers quickly (within hours).They also accept recommendations for improvements. The program continues to adapt and become more efficient. The staff are very supportive.

Great response to my struggles

I'm going into Private Practice after working for an agency for 8 years. I've tried 3 other EHRs and this is by far the best. Nevertheless, I was having trouble getting competent with it before I quit and make the jump. I asked for help and got a very clear response within an hour. I was with clients at that moment but next morning when I opened the email, it felt like Christmas. Now I know I can do this because I'll have their help.

I was having trouble updating a treatment plan and I wasn't sure why, so I contacted TherapyNotes customer service. I only had to wait 5 minutes to talk to someone, and the customer support woman answered my question and was very helpful!

TherapyNotes is simply the best

TherapyNotes is simply the best. The product is excellent and user friendly even for those of us who are not technologically gifted. The customer support is out of this world! They are endlessly patient, warm, kind, efficient and always competent. They don't make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something or for making mistakes so it's not intimidating to call for help, even if you really fouled something up:-)
