What do you like best about The Receptionist? I like the ease on the back end to change interface and update contacts. It takes only a few minutes to solve issues with the iPad and software itself.

What do you like best about The Receptionist? Not much. I feel like this is pointless in my office. I have expressed my concerns with the Receptionist team and they just blow it off and tell me how valuable the tool is. The tool is not valuable if my team isn't using it. Thats validating how invaluable it really is. We want this thing to work but it is completely annoying to use.
