"Great texting facility"

What do you like best about Textmagic? Very easy to use and particularly useful for our type of business is the text alert which comes into our shared inbox, which is important for everyone in the team to be able to see and respond to. It's easy to navigate/add/edit/remove numbers. We often use it if we need to send urgent messages or to messages to multiple recipients. There is a template section which we haven't used yet but will explore at some point, together with a scheduled text ...

What do you like best about Textmagic? The ease of use is what I like best. It's easy to go from an excel file to Text Magic. It's great to be able to reach 100's of our customers in one message. What do you dislike about Textmagic? The extra cost to find phone numbers that are landlines Recommendations to others considering Textmagic: Try it. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? Contacting multiple people at one time is most helpful.

What do you like best about Textmagic? I love being able to text my customers. This product has reduced ringing phones to a small fraction of what we had to deal with in the past. What do you dislike about Textmagic? Sometimes there is a slight delay between sending/receiving text messages, but this is a minor issue. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? We can send text messages to confirm orders have shipped or are ready to be picked up. When customers arrive ...

What do you like best about Textmagic? The best part is we can see when someone reads our message. What do you dislike about Textmagic? It is sometimes difficult to locate old messages unless you put in the whole phone number. "Fantastic"

What do you like best about Textmagic? This is an excellent software that fits right in with our business. By using Text Magic we give our messages a professional look and the reporting is very helpful. What do you dislike about Textmagic? It would be good to have a link to Google maps (like share your location button/tab) so we dont have to copy and past the maps URL every time but this is a workable issue that is not that big a deal. What do you like best about Textmagic? easy to use and provide a good overall service What do you dislike about Textmagic? did not want to answer questions on Data protection with regards to data being stored outside of the UK and EU in the US which causes us a issue so we are looking at changing service to protect our data.
