What do you like best about Textmagic? Not too much. There's something shady about the company. What do you dislike about Textmagic? Deplorable customer service and policies Recommendations to others considering Textmagic: Be careful when you commit to using this company. When a spam complaint comes into them, they just shut you down. All of my leads opted-in from Facebook Ads, and I had proof of this, but they still decided to cancel my account. What do you like best about Textmagic? Very easy to use and particularly useful for our type of business is the text alert which comes into our shared inbox, which is important for everyone in the team to be able to see and respond to. It's easy to navigate/add/edit/remove numbers. We often use it if we need to send urgent messages or to messages to multiple recipients. There is a template section which we haven't used yet but will explore at some point, together with a scheduled text ...
