What do you like best about Textmagic? Uncomplicated, doesn't keep signing out, easily shared, good functionality What do you dislike about Textmagic? Contacts management could be easier. Pictures? What do you like best about Textmagic? It's simple and cost-effective. We needed a solution to convert alerts from our helpdesk from email to SMS messages to allow our engineers to get alerts on their mobile devices. After searching around for some time, someone recommended Text Magic After a short amount of time, we had our service set up, and all out-of-hours alerts were being sent via SMS to our field engineers ensuring we never missed a critical alert for a client. "paying per text ala carte is great, restrictions not so good"

What do you like best about Textmagic? Paying per text (ala carte) drew me to textmagic from my previous carrier. Other providers require you to fund an account and use it within a time frame. What do you dislike about Textmagic? photo and video attachments show as a link the user needs to click on to view. it spoils the experience and gives the message a feel of an unauthentic text. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? communication to multiple parties at one time.

"Full featured product, very good service"

What do you like best about Textmagic? I like that the interface is exactly the same whether using the service in a browser or the app. I also like the abilities to save contacts and to create "templates" that re-use fields from the contact record, and future scheduling of messages to send at a later date & time. What do you dislike about Textmagic? When you have a large number of account with local or toll free numbers associated with the accounts, the monthly spend can creep ...

Having to figure out which customer the reply message came from has been the biggest challenge. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you?
