"Constantly improving and evolving product"
What do you like best about Text Request? Customer service. Many of the services offered are not intuitive. The functionality is all there, but even with the manual, it's easy to get confused. Fortunately, they have patient customer service people willing to stay with you to make sure their product works as you need it to.

"Awesome service, a game-changer for our business"
What do you like best about Text Request? I love that I'm able to send a text message without using my personal phone. I like that it looks like a normal conversational message too, not something spammy with "Text Y for yes" type language. I love that it can come from our office phone number.
