What do you like best about Text Request? I like being able to mark message threads as complete when I've addressed the matter at hand with a client. Open message threads show what still needs to be addressed.

What do you like best about Text Request? its look like IPHONE setting which is easier for me to maneuver through the app . The blue and white background is easy on the eye also and its easy to know which messages have been read also.

What do you like best about Text Request? I like that we can text our patients on the app. We received a lot of feedback from patients who wanted us to text them reminders for their upcoming surgery. And it's HIPPA compliant.

What do you like best about Text Request? The best thing about Text Request is the ability to send group text messages all while being able to review individual responses. Text Request is the only group text message platform that I have used, and I do not see a need to use any other platform!

I enjoy using Text Request because it is an efficaint way that our business can utilize this tool to communicate with our clients, even if it is during a busy workday. We are able to reach out to clients to check how their pet is doing after their visit and we are notified through Text Request when our clients text us that they are here for their appointment. It is a great way for us to stay on top of our schedule.
