It was surprisingly easy to set up and their staff were super helpful in making the process straightforward. There have been no downsides to the service, and it's wonderful knowing whether messages are delivered or not.

What do you like best about Text Request? I love that I'm able to send a text message without using my personal phone. I like that it looks like a normal conversational message too, not something spammy with "Text Y for yes" type language. I love that it can come from our office phone number.
