What do you like best about Text Request? Text request is fantastic!! My overall interaction with it has been wonderful. It serves as a valuable resource that enables us to maintain communication with our field staff and clients. The feature I appreciate the most about Text request is its user-friendly nature and tha capability to dispatch messages to a group.

What do you like best about Text Request? Support from the company has been great. We were able to transition very swiftly from Zipwhip into Text Request. Price point is much lower than other options out there

What do you like best about Text Request? The templates we can create, the ability to toggle between signatures if multiple people are on one account, and the ease of use.

What do you like best about Text Request? I like that creates individual rooms for each conversation making it more organized and the option shown are user friendly, I like the fact I can send and receive images and othe files that make my work easier

Whether we are communicating with current students or potentital students, we are saving so much time by not repeating information to people. I like that conversations are easily searchable. What do you like best about Text Request? I like being able to send out and recieve texts to our agency's landline phone number. We have only been using it a short time, but so far I feel that it is going to assist us in keeping in contact with more clients without having to use our personal numbers.

What do you like best about Text Request? None that I can see, it seems like a very antiquated program, not very viable for business use. I would not reccomend this to anyone I have ever met.

What do you like best about Text Request? We started using Text Request due to Zipwhip shutting down. The service is very easy to use and has a similar visual aspect. Integration was a snap. The customer support with the transfer was very simple. We use multiple dashboards everyday.
