What do you like best about Text Request? I really like the how user friendly it is and how consistent it is. Other apps and companies the app with go down for days. It gives you the option to schedule your text appointment confirmations ahead of time to be sent at a specific time and day as well.

What do you like best about Text Request? The best part of switching to Text Request from ZipWhip was how easy it was to implement. It transferred everything over - our templates, our contacts and even text history. The customer service was excellent in getting set up. We use texting every day to communicate with our customers, so it was important to have a system in place when ZipWhip shut down, and Text Request just made it very easy. What do you like best about Text Request? They have pretty good customer service; I usually get a reply to any questions within 24 hours. It was very easy to use the ZipWhip Integration tool to move our contacts over. Also, it was easy to learn how to use it and teach others how to use it.

What do you like best about Text Request? My favorite feature of Text Request is the ability to send my clients their documents VIA text. A lot of my clients requested this as it was more convenient and some of my client did not even have an email! Now Im able to attach files and send instantly.
