One of the best test case management software suites.
What do you like best? I love the organization and re-usability of the test cases in Test Rail. Prior to we were using spreadsheets and you can imagine that doesn't scale well when you need to regression test. What do you dislike? Would be great if Test Rail put some form of templates together to help pre-select specific test cases. We find ourselves needing to select a subset of test cases for specific scenarios. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Testrails as Oakgates Quality Management Software
What do you like best? The reporting and milestone/test run feedback, and the programmable API's which allow us to to run our automated regressions based on test plans we build in testrails without external user intervention. What do you dislike? Testrails could really use much better search capabilities. Been using for years.
What do you like best? The interface is easy to approach but over the years I've been able to take things to quite advanced levels. The ease to update suites and reflect right away in runs is a nice touch amongst many. All in all, I value the way I can get a snap shot of a testing experience from the testers! What do you dislike? I still wish I could copy entire projects similar to a git clone of a repo. Recommendations to others considering the product Please stay ahead with the UI/UX ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? The product is very easy to pick up and use immediately. Before we had a QA engineer the task of testing fell on me temporarily.
