Easy to use
What do you like best? The product is very easy to pick up and use immediately. Before we had a QA engineer the task of testing fell on me temporarily. I was able to quickly create some tests to run through. I also appreciate how easy it is to export tests to move to another account. What do you dislike? The UI is a little clunky and is a little confusing when trying to navigate around the application. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Been using for years.
What do you like best? The interface is easy to approach but over the years I've been able to take things to quite advanced levels. The ease to update suites and reflect right away in runs is a nice touch amongst many. All in all, I value the way I can get a snap shot of a testing experience from the testers! What do you dislike? I still wish I could copy entire projects similar to a git clone of a repo. Recommendations to others considering the product Please stay ahead with the UI/UX ...

Powerful test management tool with gentle learning curve
What do you like best? Visual representation of test outcomes over time, API allows for relatively simple automation of manual TestRail test suites, integration with JIRA. What do you dislike? Clunky case editing e.g. can't drag and drop test steps within a case, can't define own test outcomes. Recommendations to others considering the product Give it a try and see if it works for you. Ensure that your test cases are written with clear, concise steps. TestRail is only as good as the ...

Very good script and testing product
What do you like best? The most useful part of the system beyond the stand-alone functionality has been the ability to link Jira issues with test cases What do you dislike? I would like more ability to create printed test scripts for paper testing, which needs to happen fairly often. Not every tester will have an account online. Recommendations to others considering the product If your testing is highly reliant on printed test scripts, this may not meet your needs. It works wonderfully ...

The GUI feels a bit dated, but even that's not a big issue. Locations of buttons and UI makes sense. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using to validate software updates and changes with our games. It's made getting the entire team running the same tests ...

What do you like best? I like how easy it is integrate TestRail with Jira. You can really make all of the testing your team is doing visible to the organization. Similarly, maintaining your test plans is so much easier when using TestRail as opposed to when using excel. What do you dislike? In the beginning of using the product, it took some time to figure out how all of the GUI buttons worked. Once you do though the product works great! What business problems are you solving with the ...

TestRail Review
What do you like best? Ability to interact with Jira and tie into automation What do you dislike? Would like more customization and flexability What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to tie cases to Jira and creating metrics based on automation scripts has helped so much. Was also nice to be able to import test cases from an older test management tool when we decided to make this change.
