Excellent tool to scale your Q/A process
What do you like best? I love the analysis across multiple tests and the integration with Jira. What do you dislike? It could be easier to clone multiple-test processes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stability, efficiency - less time fixes issues that could have been prevented.

Superior Testing
What do you like best? The ease of on-boarding and loading unique and different test cases has been a huge help for our team. We've been able to open testing to a larger group with better results. What do you dislike? It has a clunky interface which seems to be mostly borrowed from Basecamp. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to bring on other members to test more reliably with less guess work in whether something ...

I like the out of the box reporting The visibility of effort The speed of which you can get up and running What do you dislike? Integration isn't a true integration with anything other than JIRA. Would like to see add-ins for VSTS/TFS Recommendations to others considering the product Know that it's easy but you will have to do some manual work to ensure things like traceability and ...

Software focused tool that can other problems
What do you like best? Testrail has a great, adaptable structure that covers 90% of basic tests by needs out if the box. The project containers and ability to copy test cases allows us to take standards- and compliance- based test sets and rapidly create test suites for individual projects, while the Jira integration enables great defect tracking. What do you dislike? Although the tool supports good customization at the test case and result levels, there’s less customization in projects, ...

Great organization
What do you like best? I like its integration with Atlassian. It is a very organized system for test cases. Much better organized than what I've seen. Organize test cases well, as well as the actual organization of the test case itself. Very clean. What do you dislike? I wish you could reference the test run to a ticket in Jira. You can reference test cases which is great. But referencing test runs with Jira. I may be able to close Jora tickets, but I will re-use the test cases for other ...

Testrail is a helpful too for our team
What do you like best? I like being able to track my issues and test runs. I also enjoy being able to upload result of our automated tests to testrail using the api. In the past our test cases were kept in a spread sheet that was impossible for our team to keep track of current and past test runs. What do you dislike? One of my complaints would be for bulk actions. I would like to be able to bulk mark test runs complete rather than doing it individually. Also, sometimes I feel like ...
