Great QA tool to track test cases
What do you like best? The ability to quickly add and iterate on test cases What do you dislike? UI can be difficult to navigate at first What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking test cases can be a powerful too. The ability to export reports helps us review and address test coverage in weak areas

One of the best test case management software suites.
What do you like best? I love the organization and re-usability of the test cases in Test Rail. Prior to we were using spreadsheets and you can imagine that doesn't scale well when you need to regression test. What do you dislike? Would be great if Test Rail put some form of templates together to help pre-select specific test cases. We find ourselves needing to select a subset of test cases for specific scenarios. Testrails as Oakgates Quality Management Software
What do you like best? The reporting and milestone/test run feedback, and the programmable API's which allow us to to run our automated regressions based on test plans we build in testrails without external user intervention. What do you dislike? Testrails could really use much better search capabilities. Fantastic Test Case Management
What do you like best? The ability to quickly create test cases, create unique test runs and associate results via API. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit dated. It still performs well but it feels older. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can now track historical status of test cases within Jira.

What do you like best? TestRail has been fantastic for organizing my team's manual regression test scripts. What do you dislike? Using Testlink in an Agile Setting
What do you like best? Easy to setup and use. Flexible. Reliable. What do you dislike? you can't hit enter to start a search after entering search criteria.
