What do you like best? TestRail is the right solution for our company. Our dev team is small but we have a lot of products to manage. While we have some automated testing, we perform full regression testing frequently. We used to rely on spreadsheets to organize everything but with many products, there is no good way to organize this. What do you like best? There is no limit for how many test cases you can enter; it's a useful tool to keep track of QA collateral. What do you dislike? The usability is far from ideal--even for full-time QA people, you can't always figure out how to get things done by just looking around. What do you like best? Clean UI, easy to navigate, user friendly, great filter options, great customization options, great API for hooking up automation tests, great report generation.
