TestRail is great for most Small to Medium Sized Organizations

What do you like best? I love the ease of use. It designed with a core feature set in mind and those features are easy to leverage. What do you dislike? I dislike how limited that same feature set is. Good Tool to manage Test Run for multiple product/feature

What do you like best? The Reporting part for particular test run is Best, which gives idea about the quality health . I can email and download these reports. I can manage lots of features/ releases in Test Rail. I can have multiple test run for a release which gives me liberty to have test run for every environment where my team tests. What do you like best? An easy way to create, modify and delete test cases, group them. In general, TestRail has a very good way to structure, reuse and link the test cases, avoid redundancy and useful way to show the information. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We have been able to manage all operations and tasks that deal with test cases and runs. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It helped us to increase visibility of the cases and runs we tested. The fact that you can test runs and cases, in different tabs, one at a time increases efficiency of the tool. We were able to keep everything in check with the quality assurance team.
