TestRail is better than our prior solution, but still not perfect

What do you like best? It's easy to find and filter through suites of test cases, the To-do section is straight forward, and everyone at my company understands how to use it. It works for us, which is a good thing to say about software! What do you dislike? For some reason, it sends a pop-up every time you navigate in the page to use Internet Explorer instead of any other browser.
