Good Product management app

What do you like best? TestRail is very easy to use, weather it be adding/creating a test plan, test cases etc, the best thing i like about it is we can keep a track of all the activities in TestRail. Also we can add pictures to simplify the test case/steps for better understanding. What do you dislike? TestRail feels like too many things are integrated into one. It takes a while before you can explore and learn everything about TestRail. Sometimes the easiest task could look difficult ...

Integrates with JIRA plugin for improved efficiency

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It allows you to customize projects such that you do not have to pay for projects that are not active. It helps you to save on the cost of running the tool in your system for project management and testing. For my case, the product was easy to use at first. I did not find the need to go through the tutorials to find out how certain features work or how to get around the tool. Due to integration with JIRA, we were able to connect with ...

Tedious, but Useful

What do you like best? TestRail is good for logging bugs (through integrations), and historically checking on failed tests to see what happened for the test for a specific case to fail. What do you dislike? The test case creation process is tedious, and I wish that there was an easier way to either import the data from another doc, or just an easier experience with using the tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you do a lot of regression testing, this is a ...

Allows you to be organized

The fact that you can test runs and cases, in different tabs, one at a time increases efficiency of the tool. We were able to keep everything in check with the quality assurance team. All documentations of past tests could be retrieved which offered a better view of the tests which were yet to be carried out. In short, it made our work easier as could trace ...

Good enough. Could be a lot better.

What do you like best? It helps keeping everything organized, without the need to use Excel spreadsheets to register the results. What do you dislike? It could be a lot better. It could be visually more intuitive. When creating a test case, it should let you drag and drop steps from other tests cases. It could also let you associate the User Flows on an app with a given Test Case, to have a better idea of the coverage of the tests. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
