Test Case Management simplified
What do you like best? The API for automated tests, allows posting of results as part of test runs. What do you dislike? Inability to directly copy test cases between projects. You can export and re-import but not copy across. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! Fair price and does everything we need without any fluff! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management and visibility of project ...

Testrail adds visibility to the testing
What do you like best? I like Milestones and Test runs the most. When a regression testing is needed, it's easy to create a milestone and associate it with your test plan or test run. You can create the test plan as per the feature, platform or any other functionality The integration of Testrail with Jira provides visibility to the project owners, product owners, and other stakeholders What do you dislike? The sections and subsections on the right-hand side of the test cases tabs ...

Great product!
What do you like best? TestRail has been an amazing help to our team. We are able to manage, track and coordinate all of our projects in one tool. What do you dislike? I would say that the only thing we dislike about TestRail is the fact that JIRA lags a lot for us so sometimes it can make cohesion hard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has helped keep our entire team (QA, devs and Project Managers) all on one page.

Very effective for what I need
What do you like best? I like that I can simply export all of my test cases. What do you dislike? Sometimes organizing the test folders and cases gets a bit hectic. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not that I can think of! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One benefit is when working across teams in the same area other people can add to your test cases and view the ones you created.

Great test case management tool with efficiency built in
What do you like best? I evaluated numerous test management tools and we landed on Test Rail. I like how customizable it is, I am the admin for over 22 teams using our Test Rail instance. Every team is able to customize their project to meet their exact needs and get what they want out of the tool. The reports are great. Being able to run UI scripts to modify your instance is awesome. We have used it as a driver to help bring in more modern testing practices and it has been great ...

Really helps enforce proper testing practices
What do you like best? Documentation and traceability of tests. What do you dislike? UI is pretty outdated and boring to look at Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a clear testing strategy before going into the tool. The tool is meant to support the strategy, not the other way around. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Testrail really enforces good testing practices like regression testing and property ...

A useful tool for testing
What do you like best? The aspect of TestRail that I like best is that it is very configurable. Users can really create and use milestones, test suites, test plans, test runs, configurations, sections, and test cases as they see fit. The outcome varies considerably from company to company, and sometimes, from team to team. Other upsides include its tips and Help site, its UI, and in my experience, its overall user experience (buttons and actions make sense based on their locations or ...

Fast, Flexible and east to learn.
What do you like best? Ability to quicklly spin up a test exection enviroment when working with inexpereinced testers, but with the power to be able to track, validate and show results to all key stakeloders. What do you dislike? Reporting could be more intuitive. Be good to be able to have non-editable access to non-testers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start using it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
