Was having outbound SMS issues with a few of our customers numbers. Messaged into Telnyx support and had a resolution within an hour. Very responsive.

Spoofing Numbers

We had a client who has had their number spoofed. Our client says they have residential people calling them stating they missed a call. Our client claims no one has called them and we checked the call logs too. We wanted to know if there was anything we could do about this. The tech told us that there will soon be measures in place to fix this issue.

Good for call recording

Use their service for Call Recording and Fax API. Call Recording works fine and well. I don't recommend the Fax API as it's not very secure against spammers and the cost cap does not work properly yet. I have been billed more than I should have but they have refunded me the amount afterward.

Great tech support...

I recently was doing research on making Telnyx our primary provider and to verify many aspects of function and compatibility. I had the pleasure of working with Jon on Intercom chat who was not only timely in his responses but very knowledgeable. I definitely appreciated how he handled the inquiries. Very patient and detailed.

They are quite tricky with pricing

They are quite tricky with pricing, and you can get much better value out there. We also had major issues with downtime at some points, was quite a nightmare. I hope they re-address things.

I discovered Telnyz when I was looking for a simple Rest API to send SMS.

What do you like best? Their API is very easy to use and the cost is very low. I am super excited to roll out my product to others in less than a month. Thanks Telnyx. What do you dislike? Telnyx does just what you want an infrastructure service to do - work reliably

What do you like best? Telnyx has many communication features. In our organization, we strictly use the SMS/MMS send/receive.
