Great Product and easy to use
What do you like best? Customer service, I am technically challenged and customer support never makes me feel like an idiot. What do you dislike? I would like to see live chat all the time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make the move, save money and enjoy the service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My Easy Experience Using Telnyx
What do you like best? Support is very responsive. Most changes are very easy to make. The UI is clear. What do you dislike? Some of the more advanced tools could be better explained. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's the best at what it does among comparable services. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to purchase new numbers and customize numbers very easily. This has saved me time and hassle.

Telnyx has been the best carrier I have had the opportunity to work with.
What do you like best? Telnyx is fast to respond and knowledgeable immediately. You're not having to create a case and then get escalated up to someone who knows how to handle the issue, everyone is capable. The Telnyx team also gets to know you on a personal level so you feel an additional sense of trust when submitting a ticket. The ability to turn up SIP in less than a minute, the ability to submit and manage the port process and the ability to access an intelligent portal that enables you to easily help yourself and need very little support. What do you like best? Support always responds very quickly to any concern, whether it is a technical issue or related to customer service. Their portal is very easy to navigate and is very useful for getting things done. This is very important for self-service.
