"Overall Very Good"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Ease of use. Ability to utilize from any device with an active internet connection which adds a huge element of flexibility. Features are generally useful. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Mobile use can be frustrating. The response to feature requests/changes is slower than desired. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to assist my team from any location with an active internet connection.

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Very simple to use. I like how you can seperate and veiw all the reports What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Sometimes it will give an error when loading Customer and Vehicle information. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of ARO and Tech Hours

"Better Than Most, Not As Good As Some."

What do you like best about Tekmetric? It can be accessed from anywhere at any time and it is easy for techs to use every day from their iPads. Our customers like that they can approve/decline jobs themselves. The Customer Support team is always great, even if there isn't anything to be done, everyone is as helpful as possible. "I switched from the 90's to the future!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Tekmetric is made by someone who clearly understands the workflow of a shop. It is SO streamlined. It easily cut my estimation time in half. The integration with PartsTech makes Activant and Nexpart systems look like an embarassment. The integration was easy, the program is VERY intuitive to use, and it has eliminated many choke points in my shops workflow. I recommend it to everyone that asks. "Wish we would have switched sooner!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Our sales improved after switching to Tekmetric. We had been with the same SMS for 12 years. Our customers loved the new platform.
