What do you like best about Tekmetric? I love this program I have used several quoting/work order programs and this by far the best I have used. It is easy to use. I really like that they are constantly taking user feedback and making updates to the program as well as adding in new features. What do you like best about Tekmetric? The ease of use! the navigation and easy to read reports screen is the best I have seen in a POS in over 33 years in the industry. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? The least thing is the posting of invoices. One extra step too many. What do you like best about Tekmetric? User freindliness and web based. advanced features for communicating with customers. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? very minor things. Primarily inability to print WIP reports in a list format for production meetings and whatnot. not being able to split labor times between techs. What do you like best about Tekmetric? It's a super user friendly platform that makes writing ROs, looking up parts and labor and communicating with customers very simple. What do you like best about Tekmetric? The most helpful thing about Tekmetric is its ease of use. They have so many features to customize to your needs that you can not be unsatisfied with it. There is very little training needed to get comfortable using this service and the speed of which you can build tickets, integrate parts vendors and accept payments numerous ways. What do you like best about Tekmetric? I love how quick and easy it is to find the parts for the vehicles our shop is working on. What do you like best about Tekmetric? I like that Tekmetric helps my staff and I save time when constructing an estimate.
