What do you like best? TeamViewer is fairly easy to implement and use. It is a powerful software that makes remote connection a breeze. The video conferencing feature also works great as the video and audio quality are top notch. Really bad experience

Really bad experience. My company made a double payment - long story. TeamViewer take payment without any notification - not sure the legality of this. It is taking them WEEKs to refund. Still not received it.Funny how they take immediate payment from customers but hold on to customers money forever!Will not renew license.

Très bon logiciel, mais très mauvaise société.

Très bon logiciel qui est malheureusement servit par une entreprise avec des pratiques de renouvellement tacite "limite" : Prévenir le consommateur sur la facture, donc dû, que l'on peut résilier si on prévient que 28 jours avant la date d'anniversaire, donc déjà trop tard.

What do you like best? The best part of this software is how user friendly it is for my boss and I to work on web development together. I am unable to access his account because it is private but through teamview I could help make changes on his watch. What do you dislike? I just dislike how when I need to chat on the software I need to log in and everything even though I already connected to him using my team meeting id.
