TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

A super way to easily connect to screens and remote computers

What do you like best? I like that TeamViewer takes away my need to connect cable to external displays that we use for presentations and certain work setups. Downloading TeamViewer was very quick and getting it installed was a breeze. Once we read through all the instructions, we were able to connect with minutes with clear and smooth video quality. I like that we can add multiple users to our account so that anyone that's available can help to manage our connections. I also like that ...

Control remotely your workstation

What do you like best? TeamViewer can set up in a server, so it can be remotely controlled later from around the world, given the immediate association between devices. Also, I have used other remote-control alternatives and, in comparison, TeamViewer has a greater interface and quick connectivity. Another thing is that the cost of the license is low given all the benefits it provides. What do you dislike? There are some cases when you can't have access to TeamViewer because when the ...

Very well made remote desktop software with a great feature set.

What do you like best? Teamviewer makes settings up remote sessions with other devices painless and simple. The performance of the remote view session is very good with low latency. One of the best features of Teamviewer is how easy it is to transfer files between the remote and host desktop. It is a matter of just dragging and dropping. Another nice feature to have is the ability to record your sessions. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, Teamviewer license can be a bit pricey ...

Their software is great, but that's it.

Their software is great to use free or for personal use, but if you are a business, steer clear of TeamViewer. I thought I was buying a one year/version and it ended up being an automatic renewal subscription, that can only be cancelled if you send email or written letter.I do not know about you, but anyone that does business like this, is not deserving of my business. They really need to make their business model work as well as their product.

Excellent for working remotely and collectively.

What do you like best? What I like most about TeamViewer is that it is an excellent program that allows me to work remotely from anywhere as long as I have a stable connection to the internet and have this software in the devices to link. I love that it allows me to collectively work together with my co-workers either locally or remotely. I find it extremely excellent that this program allows me to make backup copies of my other computers from home, which gives me greater security with ...

Remote access and quality assistance

What do you like best? Using Teamviewer is the easiest way to help clients and co-workers to perform specific functions and tasks and not waste so much time. I like how easy to use it, because with just the ID of the computer we can connect easily and quickly. What do you dislike? Perhaps a disadvantage that I can highlight from the use of this program is that it is necessary to have an internet connection fast enough to be able to use it correctly. Recommendations to others ...
