Very cool for personal use but not so much for business

What do you like best? Its multiplatform capabilities are very convenient and it is a very big pro. It supports Windows, Mac, Linux (although I have not tried that yet. The security of the remote sessions is very advanced, with the use of AES-256 encryption, as well as its compliance with well known security standards. What do you like best? I love Teamviewer. Not only is it free for personal use, but it is also pretty straightforward to use.
