What do you like best? The way it connect even in place where there is a slow network connection making it very reliable. What do you dislike? You can't share huge files even though file transfer is easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like that team viewer allows me to access my work computers from home, as well as my personal work computer. Many of the computers at work are located in noisy rooms where remaining there to work becomes too disturbing, thus team viewer comes in and makes accessing these work computers more feasible and comfortable.
