Extremely bad support and customer care: do NOT rely on this tool only, mostly if you travel around and need to access to your system remotely. Once they decided to stop your access and asked you to buy a licences (the use is strictly personal, like accessing your home PC from your Home laptop while travelling around then you can give up hope! No feedback, no support more that telling you to reset and fill up forms and wait for weeks (now 3 weeks or ask to pay the free licence! ...

What do you like best? It is easy to use, once installed we can remotely connect other computer by just knowing the login and password, very helpful when we are working from and need to access office pc and also when on holidays..best when working in a team, team member can share his screen if necessary and also participate in video conferencing. Out of the blue, they incorrectly classify me as a commercial user, and they limit access and want me to pay an extortionate fee for a business license.
