Forcing users into commercial licences - AVOID

They make a big thing of their 'free for non-commercial use', but be warned, this is just a tactic. They have begun flagging accounts as being spotted for commercial use, then trying to sell an EXTREMELY expensive commercial licence.This has gone from a product I would recommend fully to anyone who asked (and has probably gained them a few commercial licences over the years, but I can only say that I would NOT recommend it in future unless they reverse this practice.

Bruger den kun privat!

Har brugt teamviewer i mange år, men nu bliver jeg konstant bombarderet med at jeg skal købe en licens fordi DE mener jeg bruger den kommercielt.Hvilket jeg så ikke gør. Det er fuldkommen umuligt at komme i kontakt med dem, for at udrede misforståelsen, for man skal betale for at ringe ind til dem/oprette en ticket til dem.

Mir wird vorgeworfen, diese Software kommerziell zu nutzen, was natürlich nicht stimmt. Nach Support anschreiben wurde ich angeblich entsperrt, was leider nicht gestimmt hat.Ich werde dauernd blockiert, wodurch ich meinen Freunden bei Problemen nicht mehr helfen kann.Hotline ist nur für kommerzielle Kunden erreichbar.Absolut miserabler Service und fragwürdige Methoden um kostenlose Nutzer zu verscheuchen.
