Caveat Emptor... THEY SUCK!

I am attempting to get a refund for a product I don't use after the initial year I subscribed for, I was finally able to get on to the site. I was prevented from getting on to their site to cancel my subscription only to find out you can't do that from "manage my subscription." So I had to open a case with their support only for them to say the EULA says we can do this. That is crap. You could keep one month and refund the rest, but to make me pay for an entire year is unreasonable.

Terrible Terrible

Terrible Terrible This is by far the most wasted money I have ever spent. TeamViewer is terrible they stole my info from my computer and crashed it, without a refund of money. They attempted to get my banking info, but I wouldn’t login into my account. They got angry with me because of this and crashed my Mac computer. I’m currently looking into suing this company.
