Used paid service as a subscription for…

Used paid service as a subscription for 1 year. At the end of term I didn’t want to continue but they said I should have let them know 20 days before and it’s too late to cancel even before the expire date! I refused to pay for the service that I’m not going to have. Now they sent me debt collector notice. I never ever seen such company before. I brought multiple customers in the past, certainly will advise everyone to not deal with this crook company.

I've used TeamViewer for years now.

I've used TeamViewer for years now.. and all of a sudden they are accusing me of having a commercial connection.. which I don't have.. I've tried everything including reinstalling.. Don't use unless you want a headache.. time to look for something better .. can't find anything worse..So disappointed

Can't cancel from account and telling…

Can't cancel from account and telling year 1 day to lateSoftware is great but cancel a subscription is another story. I recieved an email that my subscription was cancelled with succes when i cancelled at 25 days before renewal. Two months later i recieved a invoice from debt collector. When i call with teamviewer they hang up if you ask explaination. I payed the bill to avoid a debtcollector but this is bullying people, i am going to Anydesk.

What do you like best? Its an software that provides us remote access to the devices.We can share our desktop by providing remote access.Also share our files,data to other users.Best thing i personally like about this software is we can connect to any PC or server by taking remote control of our partners PC,as if we are sitting in front of it. I have used this software for a year no problems and now its a nightmare as it says I'm a commercial user and logs me off in 60 seconds not the stated 5 mins and well they can stick it where the sun don't shine I have had anuf it's being uninstalled and I can move on for good
