Horrible, stay away from this

Worked like a charm for years. But recently started claiming that I use it commercially and without warning stopped working. I was just helping my dad with his computer from time to time. I had to print out a PDF and sign (!) that I really use it for private purposes only and explain how exactly I use it and then had to upload the scanned document to Teamviewer. It's just unbelievably ridiculous. After 2 weeks they write me that they approved my private use and I can now use Teamviewer ...

I dont know if its Team Viewers fault…

I dont know if its Team Viewers fault or not, but I just ALMOST got hacked. I needed some assistance with a payment I sent my Dad through cash app, & I called a supposed help number. 1-844-468-0613. A Rep that sounded like he was in India responded. They said they were happy to assist me, he said I will transfer you to my supervisor & we'll give you a refund. But they then told me to download Team Viewer so they can further assist. I did what he asked. he said ok I've refunded you. Please ...

Do not full for there faulty software and go to another place to get your remote access that looks after there users.

Only pretending to be for free

Only pretending to be for free, look somewhere else!I’ve enjoyed using the free version of TeamViewer for a number of years on an occasional basis, but the most recent changes resulting in wrong accusations of me violating the free license for personal use only, disconnecting my session, and causing elongated timeouts from using the service have become too much of an annoyance. Before falling into the trap of starting to pay for a license, I luckily enough came across the TeamViewer reviews ...
