TeamViewer Reviews & Ratings
Are you using TeamViewer?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Teamviewer are nasty
Teamviewer are nasty. I stopped paying my subscription because it was not working for me. My service was cut off. Fine. This is business.End of story? Then the harassment started. A legal letter demanding I pay for a years subscription ahead. Calls to Teamviewer to drop their claim were ignored. I'm still confused how Teamviewer wanted to be paid for a service I didn't want and they weren't providing.I do not recommend partnering with Teamviewer.👎

We agreed to pay for one year in the end of July 2019. We haven't used the service for at least 8 months. I did not recieve a notice for the renewal to cancel until they were charging the CC the same day that they sent it. I was hung-up on when I called to cancel. I am Ok with paying for the services that I agreed to but I am not ok with paying for another year when we haven't used it.

TeamViewer is doing "Force-sales"…
TeamViewer is doing "Force-sales" because their EULA for yearly subscription... we did not cancel our licence before the 28 days... and now we are pursuit from CreditReform to pay an unused licence (and blocked account from TeamViewer). We try to find an arrangement with the sales, but they don't want any (even a downgrade) and they don't care... they will pursuit you.Run far away from Teamviewer !

Zero flexibility unless you pay through…
Zero flexibility unless you pay through the nose, slow service. Money grabbing tactics, only allow annual contracts and have a 28 day cancellation period buried in a random email before it auto renews.

I recommend against using this company
The access was mostly good. However I DO NOT recommend using this company. After the first year I decided to go with another service that was better but Teamviewer charged my credit card over $600 without my okay. When I tried to handle this unauthorized charge it was literally impossible as they made it extremely difficult to even talk to anyone. Once I did I was told to send an email and this also was a nigthmare. I ended up calling my credit card company to report this charge. Teamviewer ...

TeamViewer is a remote support software reference for any other
What do you like best? TeamViewer has unique security features, as all traffic is protected by AES 256-bit session encryption. Another feature that I like is that it allows support for Android or iOS mobile devices from the computer. Among other things, the file transfer is very stable and usually very fast. Also, it is possible to integrate TeamViewer with ticket management programs, such as Zendesk. What do you dislike? There are times when TeamViewer behaves very slow when ...

I am but a "DROP IN THE OCEAN" so dissing teamviewer is not even going to make any sense.I just feel that a large company like teamviewer should get BETTER staff to work for them. It is the staff that will bring them down.I wrote a number of emails explaining to teamviewer that IDO NOT USE IT FOR COMMERCIAL USE,AND THAT I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR MANY MANY YEARS.I was prepared to help in any way possible to help verify that I do not use teamviewer for commercial use. They still keep blocking ...

They should be ashamed of themselves as…
They should be ashamed of themselves as they changed my status to like if I use the software for commercial use. I don't even remember how many years I use it for my personal use but it must be over 10-12. Suddenly they say that "Commercial Use Suspected". Maybe these are the first symptoms that the company is going down. As I have already seen too many users complaining about CS, huge problems that never addressed-solved, not to mention that they were hacked and never told THEIR own ...
