What do you like best? The customer service and customization of the widgets. What do you dislike? There are instances that social media platforms fail to provide updates to TapClicks and therefore TapClicks can't deliver any of the data from that media. Saves a TON of time

What do you like best? Time saving. Solid software. Dependable. Great customer service. What do you dislike? I've been a client for a couple years and my learning curve was tough, especially custom connections, however their new releases have made things much easier. New clients will not have any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time invested in creating client reports & data analysis.

What do you like best? The integrations are excellent and it can pull in information from just about anywhere. And, if they don't have the integration, they'll work to build it for you. What do you dislike? Sometimes conversions are pulled in from multiple places, or you need to filter data in a certain way to get it to show how you want in Google Analytics. What do you like best? We work with many newspapers, ad agencies and media buyers and need to be able to brand them to their customers. The branding is virtually limitless.
