The Perfect Agency Reporting Tool

What do you like best? The amount of services integrated into the Tapclicks platform is incredible. Every third party vendor you would use under the agency umbrella is accounted for. Amazing Customization and Strong Customer Service

What do you like best? The customization we are able to achieve through the number of platform integrations and what we can do with the data through calculations, groupings, widgets, and dashboards lets us build our own tools and customize based on our clients needs. TapClicks is an OUTSTANDING reporting tool!

What do you like best? Easy of use and all-in one place approach What do you dislike? Some data points are limited and the exporting layout is a little funky What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to see trends a lot easier and problem solve much more efficiently. It's also been great for logging into one place to see everything vs. always having to go to different sources. As an agency, it's made client reporting a lot easier.

When it actually works: Ease of connecting data, presenting data exactly how I want it presented (PDF emailed reports monthly of dashboards, type of data on dashboards, ability to view date ranges on dashboard).
