Great Analytics/Reporting Tool But Needs More Data Granularity

What do you like best? The variety of data visualizations available ready-to-go in the platform. Great helpdesk that are quick to answer questions and troubleshoot specific problems. Consistent new releases happen every month or more often if applicable. The dashboard is intuitive and has a short learning curve. What do you dislike? TapClicks has made my job much easier!

What do you like best? The setup in TapClicks is customizable and beautiful. What do you dislike? The pain points I have are all consistently addressed with each update that they roll out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're saving a ton of time each month thanks to TapClicks. Instead of going to each platform to gather insights we have access to everything we need in one place.

Very Customizable and Useful

What do you like best? I like that I can create widgets for essentially any metric. What do you dislike? When I export a dashboard as a pdf it doesn't include entire widgets. What do you like best? The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It is also highly customizable and the instant-on integration is top-notch. Beyond this - our rep Brian Cherry is incredible! TapClicks has been a ride - clever, fun to use, makes reports easier, but also a big undertaking.

What do you like best? I love the tools to lay out reports -- and they get better each month. But the best resource TapClicks has to offer is our Customer Success Manager, Amoula. She is smart, understands what we need, and appears to move heaven and earth to help us get it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Many platforms to integrate on the same place, easy to use and quickly dashboard generation. What do you dislike?
