What do you like best? I use TapClicks for social media metrics. I like that you can build a dashboard for social media, and it's easy to be able to see what you're looking for. What do you dislike? Some metrics that are available for one social channel may not be available for another. What do you like best? Connect LOTS of apps in one place with the ability to instantly edit or re-shape dynamic data. What do you dislike? Support can be very slow to respond to any requests deemed "custom". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Seemless to incorporate data from new clients. The UI is intuitive and easy to use. What do you like best? The system is easy to use and navigate, as well as upload the client report to be sent out automatically each month. What do you dislike? Minor glitches every now and then when reports don't save. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
