Great for some things, not so great for others

What do you like best? I use TapClicks for social media metrics. I like that you can build a dashboard for social media, and it's easy to be able to see what you're looking for. What do you dislike? Some metrics that are available for one social channel may not be available for another. I want to be able to see MoM engagements, followers gained, etc. and that's available for some channels but not others. I typically just end up using in-app analytics for these things rather than ...

What do you like best? Connect LOTS of apps in one place with the ability to instantly edit or re-shape dynamic data. What do you dislike? Support can be very slow to respond to any requests deemed "custom". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? TapClicks has good ability to provide client-facing reporting solutions with back-end access and support.

Excellent support, Intuitive UI, good integrations, room for improvement in customization

What do you like best? Seemless to incorporate data from new clients. The UI is intuitive and easy to use. It's relatively easy to create visuals that deliver actionable information that can be easily manipulated. Support from these guys is stellar. What do you dislike? The platform is relatively simple, perhaps so much so that creating custom views, for example the ability to apply filters to an existing dashboard based on product area, etc. is not possible. Easy to use, great reporting tool

What do you like best? The system is easy to use and navigate, as well as upload the client report to be sent out automatically each month. What do you dislike? Minor glitches every now and then when reports don't save. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automatically sent to clients to save time, all the metrics and report writing can be done in the same screen.
