What do you like best about Talkdesk? We used TalkDesk for a very short time because we were looking for all-in-one contact center solutions; that is, we could handle both calls and chats at the same time. I think this was one of the first tools we tried, and we really liked its simplicity in the user interface, which made it very easy to use. Call quality was acceptable.
