"Easy to use - Prefer web version of app"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? Pretty easy to use. Calls come in clear. Lots of status-types besides "Online" and "Offline". Voicemail transcripts are decent.

"Pretty easy to use!"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that everything is straightforward to use, and you can get the hang of it pretty quickly; you don't need intense training on it or anything. The support for this is fast in response. I love the Dashboard features and the app that you can download on your phone or tablet. In the whole year that I have used this software, I've only experienced an issue once and they fixed it right away!

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Easy to manage and view team phone calls. We use this routinely for inbound and outbound support calls and it's proved to be an easy system to leverage.

"Talkdesk is a no brainer call solution"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk has a very easy-to-use UI, it's easy to add and remove users, easy to set up new call queues and their support team is great. The best part though? It never goes down. In 3 years with Talkdesk we've never been impacted by a Talkdesk outage. That sounds like nothing, but in the years of battling Shortel/Mitel this was a constant and persistant issue. The best part about Talkdesk, is not thinking or worrying about Talkdesk.
