Talkdesk is the TalkBEST
I've worked with a lot of start ups and one thing is constant, Talkdesk. It's UI and data measuring capabilities are easy to use for any beginner and I like that. The different settings available for different structures makes it easy for companies with different tier levels and I really love how it's pretty much out of my way when I don't need it and pops up when I do, I never miss a call! I've contacted their customer service team about 3 times in my lifetime and they've been very helpful ...

The experience with Talkdeck is great
The experience with Talkdeck is great! I use it on a daily basis and it’s really rare that I find any difficulties while using it. Nice job!

Better than Good; GREAT!
Great application, But the application has a bit of a lag when trying to pick calls up. Eg you have to click 3-4 times before it answers the incoming call. It has a lot of bugs calls drops, agents stop receiving calls but on available. Overall it's a great application, I love the monitoring feature and its very user-friendly interface.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like the ability to make international calls with ease, and record those calls for review later. I can improve my sales revenue simply by refining my technique.
